“When I started having lessons with Selina in November of last year I had developed bad left hand habits and I had a lot of pain in that hand. Selina got me started with “relaxation and balance” exercises for the left hand. I have done these exercises every time I play (most days) for a few minutes and now, after four months, my hand is comfortable, the pain has gone and I am seeing the benefits of improved technique and flexibility.
